“I used Dovetail Framing because I needed my animal pastel portraits to be safely transferred from studio to framing gallery. For me the initial attraction was that the framer came to me. However after working with Jonathan on my first two pictures I now would not use anyone else. The whole experience was very interactive and inclusive, mounts and frame samples were spread around the table and we discussed and narrowed down and discarded until we found the perfect combinations. There were no distractions of other customers coming and going or a phone ringing or being in the way of someone else needing to be served. It allowed for a relaxing and fully focused experience. Jonathan has a world of experience and really knows his stuff. My paintings were hand delivered just over a week later and out of normal office hours to suit me and they were exquisitely and beautiful professionally framed.
